One address handles everything: privacy@moonshot.computer. A real person on our team reads every email.

Your pre-order

Send questions about your founder-batch order, shipping or a refund to the same address. You get a full refund any time before Jalapeño ships in December 2026.

Using Jalapeño

Tell us the feature you were using, what you expected, what happened and about when. Those four details let us trace the problem.

Privacy and deletion requests

Write from the email address tied to your record, and include only what we need to find it. Email keeps your request and our reply in writing, so you hold a record of both.

Press and partnerships

Tell us your organization, the topic and who should get the reply.
