Contact Moonshot

The Moonshot team handles product, access, privacy, data, press, and partnership questions by email. Write to privacy@moonshot.computer. Email keeps the request and response in a written record, which is especially useful for privacy questions and deletion requests.

For product support, include the feature you were using, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time of the event. For a privacy or deletion request, write from the address connected to the relevant waitlist or Google access when possible. Include only the minimum personal information needed to identify the record.

Moonshot is in early access, so general access requests belong on the homepage waitlist. The team uses the contact address for questions that need a direct response. Press and partnership messages should name the organization, the proposed topic, and the person who should receive the reply.
